DINNER AT THE FARM

While the tractors are parked up and the cattle are sound asleep, we are throwing open our barn doors. Jack the Chef, is a highly enthusiastic and exceptionally talented young chef. He's created a bespoke menu, using many of our own products and produce to set your taste buds alight. This is the newest and most exciting place to eat in Essex.

5 spice jus and potato pave

white wine & shitake sauce with pomme puree

hand rolled Capellini pasta with heritage tomato & caper sauce and parmigiano reggiano (v)
